1.download it, find where it is. 2. Unpack this file and replace the original file (Put original somewhere else for future crap)
Default location is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\empire total war\data\campaigns\main
Replace the startpos.esf file with the file u downloaded (once again dont get rid of original)
They're still working on emergent factions (sorry).
To reveal the new nations out of Fog of War, go to the lists page on the
bottom right of the campaign screen, click an army and move it outside
the city (This will reveal it and make it permanently). Just move all ur units in general.
